Session #1

 Saturday, May 22, 2010

8:45AM—2:00PM - In the JBA Office Building

This training session will be taught by  Mrs. Stephanie Wolcott, Regional,
Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship and Director of the Girl’s Week Camp. 
We suggest you bring a sack lunch that day.

 Among the topics to be covered:

► “How to Present the Message of Salvation”

► “Counseling for Salvation & Assurance”

...and many more general helpful topics for

teaching and working with children.

 RSVP to the JBA Office no later than Monday, May 17th.

  Session #2

Saturday, June 26, 2010

9:00AM—11:00AM - In the JBA Office Building

This training session will be taught by Rev. Jeff Russom and his wife, Shawne. 
Rev. Russom serves as Children’s Pastor at FBC Arnold.

 Among the topics to be covered:

► What’s So Different About Sharing With    Children?

► ABCs of Becoming a Christian

► Do’s and Don’ts in Guiding a Child in a Salvation Discussion
(part of this will be using LifeWay’s “Leading a Child to Christ” Training Pack & DVD)

► Requirements for being a cabin leader

 RSVP to the JBA Office no later than Monday, June 21st.

Both training sessions are separate opportunities, not linked together and not required,
although encouraged for cabin leaders. 

Also, these training  sessions would benefit ANYONE working
with children in any ministry of the local church. 

So, please, if you sense God is prompting you to come,
feel free to take advantage of this free training.
