A. Prayer Praises:
1. Great response to needs at Bates Creek Camp by our churches.
2. Great response to needs at Blackwell Baptist Church.
3. Blackwell’s pastor reported baptisms and some awaiting baptism.
4. Mission Community Church has more than doubled in size since getting their building.
5. R.O.C. Ministries is growing and gradually breaking the 100 mark.
6. Our churches are placing 17,000 G.P.S. flyers in homes to seek to get people to attend Easter and beyond.
7. Several of our churches report growing interest in Bible study.
8. The Weavers of “Faith Baptist” as they adopt a new son.
9. Our International Mission Board in appointing 61 new missionaries.
10. Great group attended training for cabin leaders.
B. Prayer Needs:
1. Morse Mill Baptist Church as they seek a pastor and for Gary, their interim pastor who is ill.
2. Horine Baptist Church as they seek a new pastor since Steve Hodges resigned.
3. Windsor Baptist Church as their pastor, Ron Mackey has resigned.
4. Faith Baptist Church as they seek to pay off debt and build in the future.
5. FBC DeSoto as they move ahead with their new building.
6. Our nation as the end fight for or against universal health care looms.
7. For the jobless in Jefferson County, our state and nation.
8. Some of our churches as they experience some financial problems.
9. Our missionaries and the people of Haiti and Chile.
10. Search Committee of IMB for a new president.
11. Tim Baker as he continues to improve from his illness.
